QUICK VERDICT

INTENSITYSG publishes unusually detailed promotion rules, but the headline amount is often not the cash-out amount

INTENSITYSG presents a Singapore-focused, red-and-gold gaming interface with a public SGD10 minimum deposit, a public SGD50 minimum withdrawal, a large promotion catalogue and lobby tiles across slots, live casino, sportsbook and other games. Its public promotion modals are more useful than the headline cards because they expose credit targets, rollover, eligible providers, wallet conditions and maximum withdrawals.

The most important finding is the gap between promotional names and withdrawable value. “Sign Up Mission SGD188” requires a credit target of SGD2,888, yet the displayed minimum and maximum withdrawal is SGD20. “One Time Trial SGD10” shows a credit target of SGD200 and an exact SGD18 cash-out. The 120% Welcome Bonus is a different structure: minimum deposit SGD30, maximum bonus SGD200 and turnover ×20, with a maximum-withdrawal multiplier whose calculation base is not clearly identified.

Those details do not prove that INTENSITYSG will or will not pay a member. We did not create an account, request an OTP, upload documents, deposit, claim, place a wager, download an app or request a withdrawal. Logged-out deposit and withdrawal URLs returned to the homepage, so actual payment routes, verification steps, processing time and account-level limits remain untested.

PUBLIC STRENGTHS
  • Deposit and withdrawal minimums are visible before login
  • Promotion modals expose many cash-out restrictions
  • Registration and recovery fields are easy to inspect
  • Broad public lobby across several game categories
CHECK BEFORE USING
  • Headline free-credit amounts can exceed fixed cash-out limits
  • Logged-out cashier methods and timing are not explained
  • The site displays an old master-licence reference
  • Contact links vary across the footer, menu and chatroom
HOW WE CHECKED INTENSITYSG

A public-site walkthrough, not a simulated payout claim

We visited intensitysg.co as a logged-out user and reviewed the homepage, promotion catalogue and individual promotion modals, registration, login, password reset, public lobby, live-chat landing page, game-tips route, side menu, app-download landing page and the matching public interface at intensitysg.net. We closed first-visit overlays and used normal public navigation.

We opened the detailed terms for the main welcome, daily, unlimited, live-casino, free-credit, referral, commission, rebate, wheel, golden-egg, check-in and VIP rewards. We did not press “Claim Now”. We also inspected the registration-name T&C image, which says the registered name must exactly match the bank-holder name.

We did not register, request an SMS verification code, log in, send a chat message, contact social accounts, download software, deposit, play, verify identity or withdraw. When a result depends on one of those actions, this review labels it as site-stated, inaccessible while logged out or untested.

COMPANY, LICENCE & DOMAINS

The company name exists in a current register, but the brand-to-licence connection is not shown clearly

The INTENSITYSG homepage says INTENSITY is a registered trademark and brand of “Moon Technologies”, regulated and licensed by the Government of Curaçao under the master licence of Gaming Services Provider N.V. #1168/JAZ. The page does not display a current licence seal linking intensitysg.co to a regulator record, a company registration number, a registered address or a modern Curaçao online-gaming licence number.

We checked the Curaçao Gaming Authority's online-gaming licence registry dated 3 September 2026. It lists Moon Technologies B.V. as a B2C licensee, company registration number 152185, with licence OGL/2023/111/0069 and an “Indefinite” expiry field. That independently confirms a company with the named identity appears in the registry. It does not, by itself, prove that intensitysg.co or intensitysg.net is an authorised domain under that licence because the registry page we reviewed does not map brand names and domains to the entry.

The website's continued use of the separate 1168/JAZ master-licence wording is therefore incomplete and potentially outdated in the context of the newer Curaçao framework. A clearer presentation would show the current licensed entity, current licence number and a regulator-controlled certificate or domain-validation link.

Domain handling also deserves attention. Both intensitysg.co and intensitysg.net served a matching public interface during our check, and both loaded many assets from xt30sf.b-cdn.net. Neither homepage exposed a canonical link or an Open Graph URL. The app route goes to a third domain, intensitysgh5api.fun. Multiple operational domains can have legitimate technical uses, but visitors should verify the exact destination before entering a mobile number, OTP, bank information or identity document.

PUBLIC USER EXPERIENCE

A phone-oriented lobby with dense promotions and several competing attention layers

The public interface uses a narrow wallet-and-lobby layout framed by promotional panels. On entry, multiple notices can appear before the main lobby. A scrolling message promotes fast payments, sharing rewards and the FASTPAY and DGPAY deposit routes. The wallet shows balance SGD0.00, minimum deposit SGD10 and minimum withdrawal SGD50, with Login, Register, Deposit, Withdraw and Refresh actions.

The lobby is visually consistent with the INTENSITY brand—deep red, gold, lantern and dragon motifs—but it is highly promotion-led. Reward tiles, masked transaction-style entries, match banners, invitation controls, a side menu and a fixed bottom navigation all compete for attention. The transaction table is a site display. Without access to its underlying records, it cannot independently prove that the deposits or withdrawals shown were completed by real customers.

The side menu exposes Fortune Wheel, Dragon Eggs, VIP Program, Check In Reward, Deposit, Withdrawal, Game Tips, Language, Referrals, social links and Download App. During our logged-out check, the Deposit and Withdrawal routes returned to the homepage, and the Game Tips route displayed its shell without useful public RTP content. That means the visible menu is broader than the information a non-member can actually inspect.

The site is usable as a public catalogue, but the first experience gives more space to reward acquisition than to legal identity, data handling, safer-play controls or a consolidated cashier guide. A prospective user should not interpret visual polish or a live counter as proof of a transaction outcome.

INTENSITYSG REGISTER & LOGIN

The registration flow is short and ties the account name to the bank holder

The public registration page requests a full name, mobile number, password of six to twenty characters, optional referrer code and verification code. A “Get Code” control indicates SMS verification. The full-name example is accompanied by an instruction to use the same name as the bank account.

A linked registration T&C image illustrates acceptable and unacceptable name variations. Its message is strict: the bank-holder name and registered name should be identical, and a violation can forfeit credit. This is useful operational guidance, but the image does not explain what documents may be requested, how long verification takes, how identity data is retained or what appeal route exists after a mismatch.

The login page accepts a mobile number or username and the same six-to-twenty-character password range. The password-reset page asks for a mobile number and displays a Reset Password action. We inspected the forms without entering any data, requesting a code or submitting a reset.

  • Confirm the active domain before entering a mobile number or OTP.
  • Use a unique password that is not shared with email or banking.
  • Never provide an OTP, password or online-banking login to support.
  • Ask what identity records may be required before funding an account.
  • Keep the exact registered-name format consistent with the intended bank account.
DEPOSIT & WITHDRAWAL REVIEW

The minimums are public; the full cashier process is not

INTENSITYSG's wallet displays a SGD10 minimum deposit and SGD50 minimum withdrawal before login. The homepage marquee recommends FASTPAY and DGPAY for deposits, describing them as easier, faster and safer. We could not inspect a full public cashier table that explained every supported bank or wallet, fees, daily limits, maintenance windows or an exact processing-time commitment.

Direct logged-out visits to /deposit and /withdraw returned to the homepage. That behaviour is understandable for account-specific transaction pages, but it limits what can be verified independently. This review therefore does not call INTENSITYSG an instant-deposit or instant-withdrawal platform. We did not test beneficiary details, payment routing, name verification, processing speed, rejected requests or dispute handling.

Before using any cashier, a reader would need to confirm the current destination, fees, supported withdrawal route, daily maximum, identity requirements, pending-time estimate and the exact active promotion. A generic minimum does not override a bonus-specific fixed cash-out or maximum.

INTENSITYSG BONUS ANALYSIS

Every offer needs five numbers: deposit, bonus, target, rollover and cash-out

The promotion page showed more than thirty cards. Many cards use a large reward name but a different withdrawable amount. The public detail modal is therefore essential: it identifies eligible games, disallowed categories, wallet balance, stacking restrictions and the consequence INTENSITYSG says it may apply to irregular or prohibited play.

Most of the detailed terms require the wallet to be below SGD0.50 before a claim and say promotions cannot combine with another promotion, free credit, rebate or commission. Most slot offers exclude live casino, sportsbook and fish games and prohibit buying or saving a free-game feature. These common rules can materially change how easy an offer is to complete.

The terms repeatedly say INTENSITYSG may freeze a deposit, profit and bonus and clear the balance to zero for illegal betting, abnormal betting, bonus hunting, side betting, saved free games or “deposit to withdraw”. Because those categories are broad, a user should obtain a precise explanation of qualifying and prohibited play before accepting a reward.

FREE CREDIT REALITY CHECK

SGD188 on the card does not mean SGD188 can be withdrawn

The Sign Up Mission is the clearest example. Its card says SGD188, but the public terms require the app to be downloaded, Facebook and Telegram actions to be completed, a Facebook post to be shared to three Singapore pokies groups and a SGD2,888 credit target to be reached on EVO888H5. The minimum and maximum withdrawal are both SGD20.

The One Time Trial follows the same fixed-cash-out pattern. It is presented as SGD10, requires the wallet below SGD0.50, limits play to selected providers, uses a SGD200 credit target and allows exactly SGD18 to be withdrawn. The daily SGD1 free chip requires a SGD100 target and allows exactly SGD28.

A credit target is not the same as a simple turnover multiple. It generally requires the wallet or in-game credit to reach a displayed figure before cash-out, subject to the platform's measurement rules. The public terms do not explain every calculation edge case, such as how void rounds, interrupted games or provider transfers affect the target. Those questions should be answered before play begins.

WHEEL, CHECK-IN, GOLDEN EGGS & VIP

Loyalty rewards add variety, but each remains a separate contract

The Lucky Wheel grants one spin for each SGD30 normal deposit in a single transaction. A SGD90 deposit is illustrated as three spins. The public rules show rollover ×3, a SGD50 minimum withdrawal and a SGD200 maximum withdrawal, with selected slot-provider eligibility.

Golden Eggs converts deposits to points at one point per SGD1. A Bronze hammer costs 100 points and can return SGD0, SGD3.88, SGD8.88, SGD18.88, SGD38.88 or SGD58.88. Silver costs 500 points, while Gold costs 1,000 points and has outcomes from SGD0 to SGD888.88. The public terms show rollover ×3, minimum withdrawal SGD50 and maximum withdrawal SGD999. A random result can be zero, so the highest displayed prize is not an expected value.

The Check In Bonus asks a member to top up SGD100 or more. Its seven-day table pays SGD9.99 on days two, four and six, and SGD19.99 on day seven. It shows rollover ×3 and an exact minimum and maximum withdrawal of SGD50. The table does not explain whether a SGD100 top-up is required once or on each qualifying day, so that should be confirmed.

Public VIP reward figures; no member tier was tested.

Upgrade bonusSGD19.99SGD109.99×3 rollover; SGD50 min, SGD300 max withdrawal
Birthday bonusSGD19.99SGD109.99Claim within three days before or after birthday

The VIP modal says approved submissions are sent within three to ten minutes and limits eligible play to JILI, BNG, ACEWIN and V-Power slots. That is a bonus-credit delivery statement, not a tested withdrawal time. We did not find a complete public explanation of how a member reaches Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond outside the reward-specific weekly-deposit table.

REBATE, REFERRAL & COMMISSION

Loss-based and referral rewards need careful boundary checks

The Daily Rebate card advertises 8%. Its example calculates deposits of SGD1,000 minus withdrawals of SGD500 as a SGD500 loss, producing SGD40 at 8%. The terms say the daily loss amount must be at least SGD10, eligible play is slots and live casino, rollover is ×3 and maximum withdrawal is SGD388.

The example does not mention any balance still remaining in the wallet. A true net-loss calculation should not be inferred until INTENSITYSG confirms whether closing balance, pending wagers, void rounds and provider transfers are included. The generic wallet-below-SGD0.50 and non-combination language also appears on this rebate, which can make claim timing important.

The Referral Bonus offers 20% of a downline's first deposit up to SGD500 per claim, after the referrer makes two SGD30 deposits. It shows ×5 turnover, selected slots and a SGD500 maximum withdrawal. The Share Bonus offers SGD5 per qualifying downline after a SGD10 minimum deposit, with ×5 turnover and a SGD88 maximum withdrawal.

The Weekly Commission card says downline losses from Monday through Sunday release automatically on Monday at 11am. It is restricted to FA CHAI, UU SLOTS and GREAT WALL99 slots, uses ×5 rollover and caps withdrawal at SGD588. The public modal introduced a “Weekly Commission Example” but displayed no numerical example during our check. Referral earnings should never be described as guaranteed or risk-free income.

GAMES & PROVIDERS

The public lobby is broad, but game-count and fairness claims remain separate questions

INTENSITYSG says it offers more than 10,000 slot games from more than 91 providers and names Rich Gaming, JILI, Boongo, Pragmatic Play and Playtech. Its public lobby exposes category codes for slots, live casino, sportsbook and other games. During our check, the page contained 42 slot platform tiles, five live-casino tiles, three sportsbook tiles and two other-category tiles. Some entries appear to be variants of the same platform, so that count should not be treated as a unique-provider total.

Visible platform codes and branding included JILI, BNG, ACEWIN, V-Power, Evolution, Spadegaming, JDB, Microgaming-related MG labels, Fa Chai, Pussy888, Kiss918 and multiple regional systems. The promotion terms matter because the lobby catalogue is wider than most bonus eligibility. For example, many free-credit and VIP rewards allow only JILI, BNG, ACEWIN and V-Power, while several welcome or unlimited offers specifically exclude Pussy888 or V-Power.

We did not launch a real-money game, measure load time inside a provider session, inspect RTP configuration, validate random-number certification or test a disconnected round. The /game-rtp route exposed a page shell but no useful public game-tip or RTP table in our logged-out session. A large catalogue does not by itself verify game fairness, return-to-player settings or dispute resolution.

  • Confirm that the selected provider counts toward the chosen promotion.
  • Check whether fish, live or sportsbook play is excluded.
  • Do not use buy-feature or saved-free-game functions when the terms prohibit them.
  • Record provider, game, time and round reference for any dispute.
  • Treat lobby and provider availability as changeable.
APP, SUPPORT & CONTACT SIGNALS

The public support shell works, while app and social identity need extra verification

The side menu links to an external page at intensitysgh5api.fun. It first displays a short waiting message and then a Download control. We did not download or install a package. The publisher, version, certificate, permissions, data collection, update mechanism and integrity therefore remain unaudited. A download link on a brand page should not be treated as an app-store security review.

The public chatroom route displayed a welcome message from “Intensity (Dragon Soh)” and promoted the SGD10 trial plus Facebook and Telegram links. We did not send a message, so no support response time, accuracy, escalation process or complaint outcome was measured.

Contact consistency is weak. The homepage footer linked to Facebook account intensitysgfb and Telegram intensitysg6. The side menu showed Facebook intensityonlinesg8 and Telegram intensitySGgroup. The chatroom linked to Facebook intensityonlinesg7 and the same Telegram group. Those accounts may all belong to the brand, but the site does not explain their roles or publish one authoritative contact directory.

Before following a social or app link, compare its destination carefully with the current official page, avoid sharing OTP or banking credentials and do not install a package whose publisher and signature cannot be verified. Social followers, post records and promotional messages are not substitutes for a regulator-controlled brand or domain certificate.

RESPONSIBLE PLAY & INFORMATION GAPS

Promotion detail is stronger than the visible safer-play information

Across the logged-out pages reviewed, we did not find a prominent public responsible-gambling guide explaining deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, age verification, account closure, treatment referrals or emergency support. The page is dominated by deposit-linked rewards, free-credit missions, rebates and referral income.

That absence matters because loss rebates and rescue-style incentives can encourage a person to continue after a loss. A rebate reduces the displayed net loss only under its exact conditions; it does not make continued gambling safe or profitable. The same applies to “free” credit that requires a high target or social task.

A reader should set a hard spending and time limit before opening any account, never use rent, debt, food or emergency money, and stop rather than deposit again to unlock a reward. GDBET's Responsible Gaming page provides practical limit and support guidance, but it does not verify or replace INTENSITYSG's own missing account controls.

Readers should compare the complete rule that applies to their intended amount—not only the smallest deposit or largest percentage. The relevant questions are which games count, whether rewards combine, what target or rollover applies, when eligibility expires and how much can actually be withdrawn.

FINAL VERDICT

Useful public terms, but too many important outcomes still depend on an untested account

INTENSITYSG gives a logged-out visitor more promotion detail than many bonus catalogues. The minimums, selected provider restrictions, wallet threshold, non-stacking rule, target or rollover and many cash-out caps can be inspected without submitting data. That makes it possible to identify a crucial truth: a promotional amount is not automatically withdrawable cash.

The review also found material limits. The actual cashier process is gated, no dependable withdrawal-time promise was verified, the app uses an external wrapper, contact identities vary and the homepage still cites a 1168/JAZ master-licence structure rather than clearly linking the current company licence to the reviewed domain. Public safer-play information is also much thinner than the promotional catalogue.

Our conclusion is therefore evidence-based but deliberately not a star rating. INTENSITYSG's public pages are useful for reading offer mechanics, yet they do not verify payout performance, domain authorisation, game fairness, software integrity or support outcomes. Anyone considering the site should first verify the applicable law, current domain, full cashier rules, legal operator, selected bonus and maximum withdrawal—and should not use essential funds.

INTENSITYSG FAQ

Common INTENSITYSG questions answered from public evidence

What is the INTENSITYSG minimum deposit?

The public wallet shows SGD10. A promotion can require more: the Welcome Bonus requires SGD30, both live-casino bonuses require SGD50, and the Check In Bonus refers to a SGD100 top-up.

What is the INTENSITYSG minimum withdrawal?

The standard public wallet figure is SGD50. Individual promotions can use an exact fixed cash-out, such as SGD18 for the trial or SGD20 for the Sign Up Mission.

How long does an INTENSITYSG withdrawal take?

We found no detailed public timing commitment that could be verified while logged out. The withdrawal URL returned to the homepage, and no cash-out was requested.

How does the INTENSITYSG 120% Welcome Bonus work?

The public terms show a SGD30 minimum deposit, maximum bonus SGD200, slots-only eligibility excluding Pussy888 and V-Power, and turnover ×20. A maximum-withdrawal ×50 figure is shown without clearly defining its calculation base.

Does the Sign Up Mission provide SGD188 cash?

The headline should not be read that way. The terms show app and social tasks, a SGD2,888 credit target and an exact SGD20 withdrawal.

What are the INTENSITYSG trial rules?

The One Time Trial displays SGD10, a SGD200 credit target, selected slots, wallet below SGD0.50 and an exact SGD18 withdrawal.

Can INTENSITYSG promotions be combined?

The detailed terms repeatedly say a promotion cannot combine with another promotion, free credit, rebate or commission. Confirm the active reward before depositing.

How does INTENSITYSG VIP work?

Public Bronze-to-Diamond rewards include weekly loyalty, upgrade and birthday bonuses. The reviewed VIP bonus terms show ×3 rollover and a maximum withdrawal of SGD300.

Which games and providers are visible?

The lobby exposes slots, live casino, sportsbook and other categories, with JILI, BNG, Evolution, Spadegaming, JDB, ACEWIN, V-Power and many regional platform tiles. We did not launch real-money play.

Does INTENSITYSG have an app?

The menu opens an external download wrapper. We did not download or audit its package, publisher, permissions, signature or update process.

What is the official INTENSITYSG website?

We reviewed intensitysg.co and observed intensitysg.net serving a matching interface. Neither exposed a canonical URL signal in our check, so verify the current lawful address independently.

Is INTENSITYSG licensed in Singapore?

The site makes a Curaçao-related claim, not a Singapore licence claim. Singapore's GRA says Singapore Pools is the only operator it licenses to provide remote gambling services.

Is INTENSITYSG safe?

A public walkthrough cannot guarantee safety or payment. Bonus mechanics are often detailed, but withdrawal performance, the app package, game fairness, support outcomes and the reviewed domain's licence connection were not independently tested.
