EFA9 review Singapore:
minimums, rules and missing answers.
This independent EFA9 review explains what a visitor can verify before opening an account: SGD5 minimum deposit, SGD20 minimum withdrawal, promotion cash-out rules, games, payments, operator disclosure and licence status.

EFA9 answers the easy questions publicly, but leaves the most important payment and accountability questions unresolved
A visitor does not need an account to see EFA9's two headline payment figures. The homepage displays SGD5 as the minimum deposit and SGD20 as the minimum withdrawal. The registration screen also tells applicants that their full name must match the name on the bank account. These are useful starting facts for anyone searching EFA9 Singapore, but they are not a completed payment test.
The strongest part of the public site is the promotion catalogue. Its detail panels disclose more than a percentage: many show a qualifying deposit, “winover” requirement, game restriction, maximum cash-out or fixed withdrawal amount. For example, the slot welcome offer advertises 100%, yet its detail requires at least SGD30, caps the bonus at SGD299 and shows a 3x–6x winover range. The live welcome offer uses 8x and caps the bonus payout at SGD199. Those conditions matter more than the large number on the card.
The weakest part is ordinary withdrawal transparency. We did not find a complete public schedule explaining approval time, bank-processing time, fees, daily limits, weekend handling, rejected requests or how a member appeals a payment decision. The phrase “Fast Withdrawals” appears in EFA9 marketing, but no withdrawal was performed and the public pages do not provide enough evidence to confirm the claim.
Accountability is also unclear. The checked pages use EFA9 and EFA9SG branding, but did not name a legal operator, company registration number, registered address, gaming regulator or licence number. Several features link to other EFA9 domains, yet no public domain-ownership statement explains the relationship. A brand name and copyright notice do not establish which company is responsible for member funds.
Our editorial conclusion is therefore mixed. EFA9 gives members a comparatively detailed view of its promotion mechanics and game categories, but not the company, licence, standard withdrawal, complaint and safer-gambling information needed for a complete assessment. “Not found” does not mean the site is automatically illegal or fraudulent; it means the public evidence is incomplete.
- SGD5 minimum deposit and SGD20 minimum withdrawal shown
- SMS registration and bank-name matching instruction
- Five visible game categories with many launcher tiles
- Detailed promotion panels with thresholds and cash-out limits
- Legal operator, registered company and licence-to-domain link
- Normal withdrawal times, fees and rejection process
- Payment, game, promotion and support performance
- Formal complaint escalation and complete self-exclusion procedure
This review separates visible facts from EFA9's own claims
We reviewed efa9.vip on 17 September 2026 as a logged-out visitor. Pages and interfaces checked included the homepage, game lobby, promotion catalogue and its readable detail panels, SMS registration, login entry, member-only deposit and withdrawal entry points, history and settings links, public chat-room content, side-menu links, payment graphics, responsible-gambling graphics, robots.txt and sitemap.xml.
When an action required login, an OTP, a deposit or another interaction, the check stopped. We did not work around the restriction. Links leading to efa9.com, efa9spin.com, efa9checkin.com, the external app host, WhatsApp, Telegram and social networks were recorded only where they affected identity or clarity; those destinations were not expanded into separate reviews.
Evidence labels have specific meanings. Directly observed covers text or interface elements visible without login. Website statement covers claims such as fast withdrawals or security that were not independently proven. Not publicly found means the information was absent from the pages checked. Not tested covers outcomes requiring an account, money or contact. Editorial analysis explains the practical effect of a rule without presenting an inference as fact.

Do not read the SGD20 withdrawal minimum in isolation
Start with the balance type. SGD20 is the ordinary minimum shown on the homepage. A promotion can replace that simple figure with a hit target, turnover requirement, maximum payout or fixed cash-out. A member who deposits under one promotion may therefore face a different withdrawal condition from a standard cash deposit.
Ask what “winover” multiplies. Public panels use 1x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, 7x, 8x and 10x wording, but no complete public definition states whether the base is deposit, bonus, deposit plus bonus or another amount. Maximum bet, excluded bet types, void results and game contribution are also not consistently explained.
Read the maximum, not only the minimum. Some offers show a SGD50,000 maximum withdrawal, while others limit the result to SGD20, SGD30, SGD50, SGD200, SGD240, SGD400 or SGD500. The headline percentage alone cannot tell a member how much may actually leave the account.
Identify the company behind the rule. EFA9's brand presentation is visible, but the legal operator and licence were not. This matters if a withdrawal, KYC decision or closed account is disputed, because a member needs to know which entity accepted the transaction and which authority can review its conduct.
Confirm which payment route is active. Bank and payment logos indicate possible methods, but the public pages do not show route-specific minimums, maximums, fees, processing cut-offs, receiving-account details or withdrawal compatibility.
Find the exit before joining. We did not find a complete public account-closure, cooling-off, self-exclusion or marketing opt-out process. Responsible-gambling images alone do not explain how a member can stop access.
The EFA9 brand is visible; the responsible legal entity is not
Two copyright-style lines appeared during the check: “© 2026 EFA9SG · Secure · Private · Trusted” on the homepage and “© 2026 EFA9 Singapore · Secure · Trusted” in the menu. These lines identify the brand presentation, not the company behind it. Neither line included a legal name, registration number, registered office or governing law.
No gaming regulator, licence number or verification link was found on the checked public pages. We therefore could not connect efa9.vip to a licence record. This is different from proving that no licence exists: it means the website did not publish enough identifying information for a visitor to verify one.
Domain use adds another unanswered question. The main website is efa9.vip, while Deposit Marathon, Lucky Number, the leaderboard and partnership links point to efa9.com. The wheel and check-in tools use efa9spin.com and efa9checkin.com, and the app link uses another host. The shared brand suggests a relationship, but no public statement defines ownership, data responsibility or which domain's terms control each feature.
Promotion panels repeatedly say “EFA9SG General Terms & Conditions Apply”. A clearly accessible complete Terms document was not found from those panels, and the visible navigation did not provide a substantive About, Privacy or licence page. Members can read the short promotion table, but cannot easily review the wider contract that the table says also applies.
Singapore's Gambling Regulatory Authority publishes the official local regulatory framework. This review does not decide whether EFA9 is legal or illegal. The editorial finding is narrower: operator identity and an EFA9 licence could not be verified from the public disclosures checked.
The EFA9 registration form reveals one important banking rule before an OTP is requested
The public form asks for Full Name, Mobile No, a 6–20-character Password, optional Referrer Code and Verification Code. It includes a GET CODE control for SMS verification and uses a Singapore-style mobile example beginning with 65. We did not enter a phone number, request an OTP or submit the form.
The clearest pre-registration rule is that the full name must match the bank-account name. That suggests a name mismatch could affect payments or KYC, although the site did not publish a complete explanation of accepted name variations, joint accounts, business accounts or how a member corrects an error.
On the homepage, the logged-out balance showed SGD0.00 together with “Minimum Deposit: SGD5.00” and “Minimum Withdrawal: SGD20.00”. Deposit and Withdraw buttons were visible. Attempting to enter those functions as a visitor led to a login prompt, so the amount labels are directly observed while the workflows remain untested.
For anyone searching EFA9 withdrawal, the missing details are substantial. Not found on the public pages checked: a normal approval time, bank-processing time, withdrawal fee, daily or monthly maximum, request frequency, weekend schedule, rejection reasons, cancellation window, returned-payment procedure or formal payment complaint route.
Website claims about automatic or fast deposits and withdrawals were not verified. We did not establish that a SGD5 deposit route was active, that a SGD20 request would be accepted, when KYC begins, how long verification takes, whether source-of-funds documents may be requested or how a disputed balance is handled.
EFA9 shows payment branding, not a complete payment policy
The homepage payment artwork visibly included POSB, OCBC, DBS, UOB, a PayNow-style mark, a USDT symbol and Visa/Mastercard artwork. The footer also displayed ten generically labelled payment images. These observations show what the interface promotes; they do not confirm that every route was active, available to every member or usable for both deposit and withdrawal.
No public table connected each logo to a minimum, maximum, fee, processing time or maintenance schedule. We also did not find a clear rule for third-party payments, cash deposits, bank reference text, card refunds, chargebacks or a change of bank account. The name-matching instruction suggests restrictions, but does not answer these operational questions.
KYC information was similarly limited. Not found publicly: an accepted-document list, proof-of-address age limit, selfie or liveness requirement, enhanced due diligence threshold, source-of-funds policy, expected verification time, rejection appeal, data-retention period or document-deletion procedure.
The USDT-style logo had no visible network, wallet-confirmation, exchange-rate, fee or wrong-chain recovery explanation. A member cannot infer these terms safely from a symbol alone. We did not send fiat currency or cryptocurrency and did not test whether any displayed method worked.
Contact links are easy to find; escalation rules are not
The bottom navigation includes Live Chat. Its public state showed an EFA9 welcome message and shortcuts relating to deposits, promotions and the app, along with marketing language about automatic deposits and withdrawals. We did not send a message, so availability, response speed, language support and problem resolution were not tested.
The menu also linked to WhatsApp, a Telegram group, Facebook and Instagram. Multiple channels can make initial contact convenient, but none of the public pages checked identified a complaints officer, ticket-number system, evidence checklist, response deadline or final written decision process.
We also did not find a public escalation path to management, a named alternative dispute service or a regulator handling EFA9 complaints. Password recovery, phone-number changes, locked accounts, document rejection and deceased-account handling were not explained in a complete public help centre.
This distinction matters: live chat can answer a question, while a complaint process creates a record and a route for review. EFA9 publicly exposes the former; the latter was not found.
EFA9 promotions: the cash-out rule can matter more than the advertised percentage
EFA9 presents one of the busiest public promotion catalogues on the site. We observed a deposit marathon, free-credit banners, slot and live offers, exclusive rewards, deposit-target tiers, daily check-in cards, rebate and commission information, social tasks, a wheel, birthday and 4D offers, plus four VIP levels. Because several cards are steps within the same programme, treating every card as a separate promotion would inflate the count. We therefore report the offer families and their readable conditions rather than claim a precise number of independent bonuses.
No promotion was claimed. The tables below transcribe the material figures that were visible on the public detail panels on the check date. They should not be read as confirmation that a member would qualify or be paid. A high percentage does not necessarily produce a high cash-out: several EFA9 promotions add a hit target, maximum payout or fixed withdrawal. Before accepting any offer, the questions that matter are what amount must be deposited, what the multiplier applies to, which games count, when the offer expires, and whether winnings are capped or converted into a fixed withdrawal.
Free credit, slot and live offers
| Offer | Public requirement | Withdrawal / limit |
|---|---|---|
| Special Free Credit SGD9 | Restricted to members with deposits made in 2026 | Reach SGD250; withdraw SGD50 |
| Slot Welcome 100% | Min SGD30; bonus max SGD299 | Min 3x / max 6x winover |
| Slot Daily 20% | Min SGD30; once daily; max SGD299 | 3x; max withdrawal SGD50,000 |
| Slot Unlimited 10% | Min SGD30; bonus max SGD99 | 3x; max withdrawal SGD50,000 |
| AmoPay Unlimited 10% | Min SGD30; AmoPay only | 1x; max withdrawal SGD50,000 |
| Live Welcome 30% | Min SGD30 | 8x; bonus max payout SGD199 |
| Live Unlimited 5% | Min SGD30 | 3x; max withdrawal SGD50,000; payout max SGD99 |
The SGD5 homepage minimum is not the qualifying amount for these offers: every deposit-linked offer in this table starts at SGD30. The 100% slot welcome card has the largest headline rate, but its panel also shows a SGD299 bonus cap and a 3x minimum to 6x maximum winover range. The 30% live welcome offer displays 8x and limits the bonus payout to SGD199. Those extra figures are essential to understanding the promotion.
The public wording did not consistently define the turnover base. It was not clear in every case whether 3x, 6x or 8x applies to the deposit, the bonus, deposit plus bonus, winnings or another calculated balance. Named slot platforms were excluded from some slot promotions, while the live offers were restricted to live casino. A lobby tile therefore does not automatically mean that play on that product contributes to an offer.
Exclusive, check-in and app-linked offers
| Offer | Public condition | Cash-out condition |
|---|---|---|
| Second Chance 60% | 60% cashback of first deposit; min SGD35; same-day claim | 10x; withdraw 10% of amount |
| Weekly Loss Rebate 5% | Net loss Monday–Sunday; auto Monday | Min SGD50 / max SGD500; 3x |
| Share Bonus | Friend registers; min SGD30 to unlock | 7x; max payout SGD30 |
| 365 Every Day Free SGD1 | Daily min deposit SGD30 | Reach SGD200; withdraw 10% of total |
| Daily Check In | Daily min deposit SGD30 | Up to SGD188 across seven cards |
| EFA9 App Bonus | SGD3.99; min SGD30; once weekly | Reach SGD50; withdraw SGD30 |
The “Second Chance 60%” label is especially easy to misread. Its public detail describes cashback on the first deposit, requires at least SGD35, restricts the claim to the same day, applies 10x and says the withdrawal is 10% of the amount. That is materially different from receiving 60% as unrestricted cash.
The seven check-in cards showed SGD3, SGD5, SGD8, SGD18, SGD28, SGD38 and SGD88. Together they total SGD188, which supports the “up to SGD188” headline. However, the public information checked did not clearly explain whether rewards must be collected consecutively, whether a missed day resets progress, how long each reward remains valid or what happens to money above any fixed cash-out.
Deposit target tiers
| Tier | Deposit band | Random bonus up to | Hit / fixed withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | SGD30–49.99 | SGD7 | Hit SGD60; withdraw SGD20 |
| A+ | SGD50–99.99 | SGD9 | Hit SGD120; withdraw SGD40 |
| S | SGD100–199.99 | SGD14 | Hit SGD240; withdraw SGD80 |
| SS | SGD200–299.99 | SGD19 | Hit SGD480; withdraw SGD160 |
| SSS | SGD300+ | SGD25 | Hit SGD720; withdraw SGD240 |
All five tiers use “Unlimited Apply” wording and restrict play to slots on the Free Bonus page. The advertised random reward rises by only SGD18 between the lowest and highest bands, while the required deposit rises from SGD30 to at least SGD300. More importantly, every tier imposes a fixed withdrawal. In the SSS tier, for example, a deposit of SGD300 or more is paired with a SGD240 fixed withdrawal after reaching SGD720. The public panel did not explain whether the original deposit remains separately withdrawable or whether balance above the fixed amount is removed. That question should be answered before participation, not after a target is reached.
Rebate, commission, social, wheel, birthday and Lucky 4D
| Offer | Public calculation or requirement | Release / winover | Key cash-out condition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rebate 10% | Daily net loss described as deposits minus withdrawals | 12am; 3x–5x | If the amount after 5x is below SGD20, minimum and maximum withdrawal are both shown as SGD20 |
| Weekly Commission 5% | Based on downline total loss | Monday 12am; 3x–5x | Uses the same special SGD20 wording |
| Social Media Challenge SGD8.88 | SGD30 plus shared-post or Telegram tasks; up to twice daily | Reach SGD150 | Withdraw SGD20 |
| Lucky Wheel | One token per SGD30 receipt; reward displayed up to SGD5,555 | 4x minimum; a separate 2x win/loss condition also appears | Maximum withdrawal SGD200 |
| Birthday SGD38 | At least SGD100 within the birthday month | 4x | No separate public cash-out figure found in the checked detail |
| Lucky 4D Saturday | SGD30 obtains a number; advertised up to SGD199 | 3x | Minimum withdrawal SGD50; maximum SGD400 |
The 10% rebate is not described as a return on all betting volume; its panel ties the calculation to net loss. The 5% commission is likewise linked to downline losses, not simply the number of referrals. The social task asks members to promote the brand or add people to Telegram, but no complete public consent, anti-spam or complaint rule was found for that activity.
VIP monthly-deposit offers
| VIP | Monthly deposit | Reward | Withdrawal rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gold | SGD5,000 | SGD59 | 2x min / 5x max winover |
| Platinum | SGD15,000 | SGD159 | 2x min / 5x max |
| Diamond | SGD35,000 | SGD299 | 2x min / 5x max |
| Crown | SGD100,000 | SGD599 | 2x min / 5x max |
The VIP calculation resets on the first day of each month and restricts reward play to slots on the Free Bonus page. The deposit-to-reward relationship is modest: Crown requires SGD100,000 in monthly deposits for a SGD599 reward. The public cards did not state whether withdrawals reduce the qualifying deposit total, whether status continues into the next month, or whether failed or reversed deposits count. We also did not find a public VIP service standard, withdrawal priority, named account manager, downgrade rule or dispute path.
Rules that can cancel winnings or restrict an account
Readable promotion details repeatedly limited use to one account, one IP address and one device. EFA9 stated that rule breakers lose promotional credit and that offers may be changed or ended without notice. The wording also reserved broad powers to cancel winnings, freeze or forfeit balances, and suspend an account for conduct it regards as irregular or suspicious, including bonus hunting, side betting and saving free-game scatters.
These clauses matter because the public pages did not provide a detailed investigation process. We did not find a notice period, evidence standard, deadline for the member to respond, independent appeal route or explanation of how unaffected cash deposits are separated from promotional funds. A broad right to forfeit a balance should be read together with the absence of a formal public complaint ladder.
Promotion wording that does not line up cleanly
A large promotion card advertised SGD15 free credit with “register claim no need deposit”, and the public chat also mentioned SGD15. The readable “Special Free Credit” detail next to it described SGD9 and limited eligibility to members with deposits made in 2026. These may be separate versions or separate offers, but the public catalogue did not clearly identify which rule set controls each headline.
The app banner used “Download Apps Free $3.99”, while the corresponding detail required a minimum SGD30 deposit, a SGD50 hit target and a SGD30 withdrawal. The words “free” and “no need deposit” should not be assumed to override the detailed eligibility panel. The detail with the qualifying amount and cash-out rule is the safer text to rely on until EFA9 clarifies the difference.
EFA9 games are easy to browse publicly, but availability and fairness were not tested
The logged-out lobby divided EFA9 games into five visible categories: Slot Game, Live Game, Sportsbook, Fish Hunter and Free Bonus. This gives a visitor a useful high-level picture of the product range without creating an account. The public slot area displayed tiles labelled Spadegaming, MEGA888, JILI, JDB, Pragmatic Play, Playstar, CQ9, YellowBat, Crowd Play, Bigpot Gaming, Imperium Games, VPower, Evo888, ACE333, Dragon Soft and Slotmania.
A visible tile confirms only that the name or logo appeared in the interface on the check date. It does not prove a direct commercial agreement, authorised distribution, current access from a particular account, independent certification or a specific return-to-player percentage. Some names may be platforms or aggregators rather than the original game studio.
We did not launch a title or place a wager. Therefore loading speed, demo access, table or stake limits, bet acceptance, result settlement, game history, interrupted-session recovery, jackpot funding and customer redress remain not tested. No public game-level fairness certificate or testing-laboratory link was found during the review.
Members comparing EFA9 promotions should also separate lobby availability from bonus eligibility. Several promotion panels restrict play to a particular category or exclude named platforms. A game being visible does not mean its wagers count at 100%, or at all, toward a winover target. The public rules did not provide a single complete game-contribution table.
EFA9 promotes mobile installation, but the public app information is incomplete
The website is visibly designed for a narrow mobile screen and presents an add-to-home-screen prompt. It also showed “Download Apps Free $3.99”. The Download App control led to an external hosting domain rather than a public Apple App Store or Google Play listing that we could associate with EFA9. We did not download a file, install an app or grant device permissions.
Not found on the public pages checked: the legal developer name, store publisher, application package identifier, version history, permission list, code-signing information, independent security review, update policy or app-specific account and data-deletion process. Without those details, the origin and maintenance of the downloadable product could not be independently checked.
The SGD3.99 wording is also promotional, not a simple installation benefit. Its readable detail required at least SGD30, limited the claim to once weekly, set a SGD50 hit target and showed a SGD30 withdrawal. A member should read it as a conditional EFA9 promotion rather than assume downloading alone produces withdrawable credit.
EFA9 displays responsible-gambling graphics without explaining how a member can stop
The homepage footer visibly used a Responsible Gambling label and four related images. We did not find a full public policy explaining the minimum age check, deposit or loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off, temporary exclusion, permanent self-exclusion, account closure or marketing opt-out.
We also did not find instructions for blocking a new account after exclusion, handling remaining funds, reversing an exclusion request, appointing a support contact or escalating a failure to close the account. These are practical controls a member needs, especially when promotion pages encourage repeated deposits, daily claims and social referrals.
The absence of a public procedure does not prove that no logged-in controls exist. We did not register and could not inspect an account dashboard. The editorial concern is transparency: a visitor should be able to learn how to pause or end gambling before providing a mobile number, completing KYC or transferring money.
GDBET's Responsible Gaming guide is independent and is not evidence that EFA9 provides the same tools. Gambling should never use money needed for rent, bills, debt repayments or emergencies.
EFA9's public pages provide limited signals for search engines
The checked homepage used the title “EFA9SG | Best Online Casino” and one H1. We did not detect a meta description, self-referencing canonical, robots meta or JSON-LD on that page. The document language was not set, many images had missing or empty alternative text, and the public promotion route reused the title while presenting no H1 or H2.
The public robots.txt and sitemap.xml paths did not show usable text or XML in the browser view checked. Navigation that behaves like a single-page application, together with utilities on several EFA9-branded domains, makes page ownership and indexable information harder to interpret. These are discoverability observations, not evidence about withdrawals, security or legal status.
This GDBET page uses a unique title and description, one H1, a self-canonical URL, en-SG and x-default alternates, index directives, Open Graph and Twitter metadata, Article, WebPage, Breadcrumb and FAQ structured data, responsive editorial images, descriptive alt text, internal links and sitemap entries. These elements can help a search engine discover and understand the review; they cannot guarantee an EFA9 keyword ranking.
The useful EFA9 facts are public; the decisive accountability details are not
A member searching EFA9 can verify several practical facts without an account. The homepage displays SGD5 minimum deposit and SGD20 minimum withdrawal. The registration page requires SMS verification and says the member's full name must match the bank-account name. The lobby exposes five product categories and many branded tiles, while the promotion catalogue provides numerous qualifying amounts, winover figures and cash-out limits.
Those details make the public offer pages more informative than a catalogue containing headlines alone. They also reveal why the headline cannot be read in isolation: the 100% slot offer starts at SGD30 and carries a bonus cap plus 3x–6x wording; the 60% second-chance offer carries 10x and a 10% withdrawal rule; deposit-target rewards use fixed cash-outs; and the 10% rebate is described through net loss and additional turnover.
The biggest gap is not the number of promotions. It is knowing who is accountable when something goes wrong. We did not find a legal operator, company registration number, registered address, regulator, EFA9 licence number or verification link. We also did not find a complete public Terms page, Privacy Policy, standard withdrawal timetable, fee table, rejected-payment process, formal complaint ladder or complete self-exclusion procedure.
For an ordinary EFA9 withdrawal, the SGD20 minimum answers only the first question. The public pages did not establish how long approval should take, whether a fee applies, which displayed payment methods support withdrawal, when KYC is triggered or how a member can challenge a rejected request. Marketing such as “Fast Withdrawals” or “instant auto deposit and withdraw” remains a website statement, not an independently verified result.
Our conclusion is deliberately limited. The checked evidence does not support calling EFA9 the safest choice, a guaranteed payer, illegal or a scam. It supports saying that the site publishes useful product and promotion information but leaves important ownership, licensing, ordinary-payment and member-protection questions unanswered. Anyone researching the brand should treat those missing disclosures as unresolved, not fill them with assumptions.
GDBET is independent from EFA9 and does not operate, represent, endorse or verify efa9.vip. This review is public-information research and not an invitation to register, deposit or gamble.
Direct answers to common EFA9 searches
What is the EFA9 minimum deposit?
EFA9 displayed SGD5 as the homepage minimum deposit on 17 September 2026. That does not mean SGD5 qualifies for every offer: many public promotion panels required at least SGD30, and the second-chance offer required SGD35. We did not make a deposit.
What is the EFA9 minimum withdrawal?
EFA9 displayed SGD20 as the ordinary homepage minimum withdrawal. Promotion-specific rules can replace that simple figure with hit targets, higher minimums, maximum payouts or fixed cash-outs. We did not submit or test a withdrawal.
Who operates EFA9?
Not found on the public pages checked. The website used EFA9 and EFA9SG branding, but we did not find a legal operating entity, company registration number, registered address or clear statement identifying who holds member funds.
Can an EFA9 licence be verified?
No EFA9 gaming licence number, regulator or licence-verification link was found on the public pages checked. We therefore could not verify a licence-to-domain relationship for efa9.vip. This finding does not by itself prove that no licence exists.
Which EFA9 promotions were publicly visible?
Public EFA9 promotions covered free credit, slot and live welcome offers, daily and unlimited bonuses, second chance, weekly loss rebate, sharing, daily credit, check-in rewards, deposit targets, rebate, commission, social tasks, lucky wheel, birthday, Lucky 4D and four VIP levels. No offer was claimed.
Which EFA9 payment methods were visible?
The homepage displayed artwork for POSB, OCBC, DBS, UOB, a PayNow-style mark, a USDT symbol and Visa/Mastercard. A public route-by-route table of availability, limits, fees, processing times and withdrawal compatibility was not found, and no method was tested.
What EFA9 KYC information is public?
The registration form requires SMS verification and says the full name must match the bank-account name. Not found on the public pages checked: a complete identity-document list, verification time, source-of-funds policy, rejection appeal or data-retention schedule.
What EFA9 games are visible before login?
The public lobby showed Slot Game, Live Game, Sportsbook, Fish Hunter and Free Bonus categories, together with many provider or platform tiles. We did not open or play a game, so availability, settlement, fairness and promotion contribution were not tested.
Does EFA9 publish withdrawal times and fees?
Not found on the public pages checked. EFA9 used fast or automatic withdrawal wording, but we did not locate a complete approval timetable, fee table, weekend schedule, request limit, rejection process or payment-complaint route.
What important EFA9 promotion conditions were found?
Public conditions included 1x–10x winover wording, hit targets, fixed withdrawals, maximum payouts, eligible-game limits and one-account/IP/device rules. EFA9 also reserved broad powers to cancel winnings or forfeit balances for activity it regards as irregular.
Does EFA9 publish responsible-gambling and complaint procedures?
Responsible-gambling graphics and contact links were visible, but a complete self-exclusion, cooling-off, account-closure or formal complaint-escalation procedure was not found on the public pages checked.
Was EFA9 tested with a real account or money?
No. This EFA9 review used only publicly accessible information. We did not register, request an OTP, deposit, wager, claim a promotion, upload identity documents, install the app, contact support or withdraw.
